What is Prosperity?

Prosperity for Collections Predictions is our operational collections predictor to accurately predict collections results ad identify remedial areas, for Debt Collection Agencies, Retail Credit Lenders and Specialised Lenders.

Prosperity is a software tool that analytically projects collection results for a 30-day period. It further provides targets against key operational metrics, to assist in the diagnosing of operational problems that may exist and remedial action required to minimise any potential risks.

What value does Prosperity hold?

A critical success factor for collection operations is the ability to accurately predict month-end outcomes. Imagine if you could also identify where the areas of concern are, how these will affect month-end results, and determine what operational metric to focus on to remedy.

With Prosperity, you can predict month-end financial and operational results, ensure targets are attainable and detect problem areas early.

In what type of call centre is Prosperity applicable?

Collections operations, but can also be utilised within a sales environment.

How often are projections updated?

Prosperity updates all projections daily, based on the newly available data and shift in trends.

What are the technical requirements for Prosperity?

  • Prosperity for Collections is a web-based platform that requires Microsoft Stack (SQL, .Net etc.). Full requirements available on request;
  • Hosting is cloud-based or on-premises, dependant on client requirements and data transfer protocols;
  • Modelling utilises a combination of predictive models and intelligent data aggregation techniques for prediction purposes, with future machine-learning enhancements;
  • Implementation will take up to 6 weeks for data take-on (batch and delta files) and model development and refinement.

Can I, the client, manage Prosperity or will I be dependent on Principa or our IT department?

Prosperity has been designed to give business the ability to maintain administrative capability, removing the dependency on IT or Principa to perform these functions. Principa, of course, are always there to offer support when changes are required. The initial deployment and data integration is usually set up by Principa.

Is Prosperity available as an on premise or cloud deployment?

The Propensity for Collections solution, is a web based performance information portal, and hosting is cloud-based or on-premise dependant on client requirements and data size.

How does Principa support its products?

Principa has a 24/7/365 help-desk to support our clients both locally and internationally on our products. Support is from Cape Town and Johannesburg, South Africa, but most support issues are resolved remotely.
